Lo Street Food \u00e8 nato secoli fa: il antichi greci e romani<\/strong> gi\u00e0 servito nella loro Thermopolii<\/strong>, cio\u00e8 stand montati sulla strada. Il loro "piatto forte"?\u00a0 La zuppa<\/strong>, e in diversi \u201cgusti\u201d: zuppe di fave, farro e cicerchie, con variazioni stagionali.<\/span><\/p>\n

Non solo il preferito dei romani, ma probabilmente il cibo rappresenta l'essenza stessa del romano<\/strong>. suppl\u00ec<\/strong> \u00e8 una ricetta molto semplice e gustosa: una manciata di riso al rag\u00f9<\/strong> che nasconde la pi\u00f9 dolce delle sorprese, un cuore di Mozzarella<\/strong>.
