Are there still shops, labs and restaurants that real Romans frequent in the city centre? Definitely yes! Join this experience to discover the Real Rome, far from tourist traps and visiting only places where Romans go to eat, talk and have fun.

Campo de 'Fiori e Piazza Navona are two of the most beautiful squares of the Eternal City and, with an archaeologist guiding you, we will discover together some of the hidden gems of this neighborhood, just in front of Trastevere.

Più di 15 Food and Wine tastings, all “seasoned” with narrativa of our city, its history and archaeological secrets.

We will start with the typical Roman “aperitivo” in an historical bar, owned by the same family since 150 years.
In the narrow streets of Campo de’ Fiori, we will spot a “tasty break” and then we will have an exclusive access to one of the last traditional family grocery shops of the area, paring cold cuts and incredible formaggi (fresh and aged) with a local wine.

We will have a glimpse of the Roman street food, with the pizza “al taglio” prepared in an ancient bakery opened in 1880. And then we will seat down for dinner in a cozy restaurant, having a traditional Bruschetta e il best carbonara ever, cooked by a Chef who won the Michelin Star for this incredible dish.

We will finish with a toast and the best dessert in town (no spoiler!), admiring Piazza Navona, one of the most beautiful squares of Rome.
